If you need guaranteed full-time hours, this role is not the right fit. We want to be upfront so we can find the perfect match.
Hours & Compensation & Location
Hours: 4–25 hours/week — hours vary week to week based on client needs and are not guaranteed
Pay: $20/hour + new client referral bonuses
Schedule: Flexible — ideal for mother's hours or a relaxed retirement schedule

What You'll Do
Household Management
Anticipate client needs and coordinate daily tasks including laundry, dishes, and light cleaning
Manage household supplies, groceries, and inventory
Organize children's belongings including clothes, toys, and books
Assist with children's schedules, lunches, and school-related tasks
Light pet care: feeding and refreshing water
Coordinate car maintenance including washing, vacuuming, and service appointments
Run personal errands such as shopping and dry cleaning pickup
Maintain organization in communal areas and assist with seasonal décor
Schedule and oversee home maintenance appointments
Manage communication with handymen, landscapers, cleaners, and snow removal services
Assist with ad hoc organizing projects as needed
Team Responsibilities
Cross-train with other house managers and their clients
Cover colleagues for sick days and time off
What We're Looking For
Detail-oriented and passionate about creating order and calm in a home environment
Kind, compassionate, and discreet — you'll be a trusted presence in our clients' homes
Strong communicator with a positive, professional demeanor
A team player who can also work independently and problem-solve on the fly
Comfortable with hands-on tasks like breaking down boxes, taking out trash, and light lifting (up to 40 lbs)
Physically active; able to be on your feet for at least 4 hours at a time
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
Previous experience in organizing, housekeeping, or a related field is a plus, but not required
